The property is located within minutes from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and all the other attractions that this region offers. The entire house is for your use. The Sliding gate, fenced yard, and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. It's not modern in style. It's not on a Cul-de-sac, and sometimes can hear traffic noise. The entrance has 3 steps.
