Rustic Mountainside Chalet

Located on a wooded mountainside in the White Mountains & the Lakes Region of NH, close to hiking, 5 minutes to the rivers and 15 minutes to Lake Chocorua and Lake Ossipee for swimming/kayaking/tubing or just relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. Peaceful Chalet with one bedroom with one bunk bed unit with queen mattresses, and a large master bedroom loft with Cali King, kitchen, and 2 x bathrooms, a deep jetted tub. The basement is converted into an in-law’s suite where my parents live.

Our home is perfect for any guest or group looking to visit the area. Its 4 bedrooms and 2 baths can accommodate 2 families if needed, yet is secluded enough and perfectly quaint for just 1 or 2 people to get away. It's the ideal wintertime alpine headquarters: Cranmore, King Pine, Red Hill, & Abenaki ski areas are nearby plus Gunstock, Ragged Mt, Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods, Campton & Pleasant are just about 1 hr away. Relax and unwind with the whole family and your pups at this chalet with a two-story great room with open kitchen, dining and living. On your 10 min walk (or 2 min drive) to the community beach you will pass a playground and basketball court. After you pass through the pine tree path to the lake, you'll find an expansive sandy beach perfect for swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing and paddle boarding or kayaking. Lounging at the house is lovely on the front porch or in the private backyard.

Authentically Rustic, Quintessentially Cozy Writer's Cottage #323 is tucked into a wooded area on White Gates Farm. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, wifi on the farm. Cottage comes with bacon and eggs to cook breakfast and all you can eat "pick your own" vegetables (when in season). Hike in the area, visit the village of Tamworth, bike ride, or just stay on the farm. You can even pitch in with chores during certain hours. Well behaved pets on leashes welcomed at a nominal fee.
