Le refuge de grand-père est niché en montagne à 1200 mètres d'altitude, dans le charmant village de Bonnavaz, tout près des célèbres stations de ski des Gets et du Praz de Lys-Sommand. Le chalet a été entièrement rénové avec goût et se trouve dans un hameau composé de trois chalets et d'une ancienne chapelle, connue sous le nom de « Chapelle de Notre-Dame du vieux chalet ». En contrebas, le cours d'eau du Foron vous permettra de vous rafraîchir durant l'été.
