The fully equipped kitchen has cookware/bakeware, serving dishes, cutlery, and a coffee pot with coffee. Outside, enjoy the deck, fire pit, play yard, and horseshoes. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this well-appointed single-story cabin. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with their own Roku TV. A very cute half-bath is off the living room. The gorgeous stone double-sided fireplace is the focal point of the living room and kitchen. Firewood is provided. All floors are heated, including the garage! Wonderful views from both the front and back decks. And No Steps in the interior of the house! Three king beds plus a queen pull-out sofa for your comfort.

Welcome to our Modern Southwest style Mountain House with spectacular views from every room. Tucked away in the aspens on a quiet street, yet still just ~10mins from everything Angel Fire has to offer. ATVs are welcome, but must follow local/state/forest rules and regulations. ATV trailer parking at street. IMPORTANT NOTE: The driveway is gravel and steep! A 4x4 vehicle is required (& snow chains recommended in winter). DO NOT BOOK if you aren't comfortable with steep & narrow drives.

Cabin 14 is a 1 bedroom loft cabin facing the river and has a semi-covered porch with a great view of the mountains. The river sounds are easily allowed inside by opening a window or door. This cabin is also just steps from the fishing pond! Cabin 14 has a king bed in the upstairs loft that is accessible by a staircase. On the main floor is the living room with queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, full size kitchen and bathroom with shower. Cabin 14 cannot accommodate pets.
