Our Loft is a 44 square metre private, boutique apartment located in the foothills of the Tararua ranges. It is nestled in our tranquil 18 acre, 5 star New Zealand Gardens Trust Garden of National Significance. Situated conveniently a 5 minute drive from Massey University, a supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants, Central Palmerston North is only a 15 minute drive away. Privacy is guaranteed by a separate entrance and adjacent parking. There are several interesting walks in the area.

Ideally located for Massey, sports grounds, cycle paths, river walks. Modern 2 bedroom upstairs apartment with a large sunny lounge room and separate dining room/office space. Modern kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for a short or long stay. Gas heater in lounge. Washing machine and parking space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Beds have inner spring pillow top mattresses, duvets, pillows and linen. The lounge has a 50 inch TV with Freeview and internet connection.

Located a short walk to shops, fantastic restaurants and 15 minutes car drive to Palmerston North. This tidy unit has a homely feel for work or pleasure. Onsite parking at front of property allows for a trailer/caravan to be reversed in. 1 King Size Bed guest unit at the rear of the property with access to shared BBQ area. Home comforts provided. Such as Homemade Jam, Sauces and Relishes to make your stay easy. We look forward to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Cozy apartment just a short walk away from town at Victoria Esplanade. Fully equipped - it has all the trimmings of home. The apartment is up one floor up; guests need to be mobile and be able to carry their items up the stairs. Pantry basics (oil, sugar, salt, pepper) and hot drink options (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) provided. Please bring your choice of milk. We have games to keep you entertained and a small library you could peruse during your stay.

The apartment is attached to the house but has its own entrance. While it does not have a full kitchen, the Kelvin Grove shopping centre is just a five-minute drive away. There, you will find a Woolworths, two takeaways, and a bakery.
