Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

No one lives in the house. We don't allow sharing with strangers. Once booked, 1 room or four its all yours to use, just like your own home. We have just added another room with a Queen bed now 5 rooms. Access is off the main bedroom separated by a large dressing room.
