A praia de areia preta da Ribeira da Prata encontra-se a 10 minutos a pé. **Para os mais experientes é possível acessar à praia em frente à casa através da encosta.** A casa encontra-se a 15 minutos de carro do Tarrafal e a 01h30 do Aeroporto da Praia.

Céu e mar e montanha são os nossos vizinhos, mais os pássaros. Nossa casa é espaçosa, calma, estética zen, luminosa e tranquila. É uma paz de dia e de noite. Estamos no cimo da cidade e temos uma vista de 360 graus, que inclui todo o Atlântico, o vulcão da ilha do Fogo, a Baía do Tarrafal, a cidade, o monte Graciosa, os barcos, o pôr do sol, a montanha da Ribeira da Prata. A noite é povoada de grilos e de estrelas e da luz do farol.
