Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own separate ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. There is another door in the Studio that you can keep locked but enables you to access garage if you wish to store anything. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. Approx 6 kms to Bayfair shopping. Quiet location.

Central Parade Hidden Gem with home-made bread!

This beautifully appointed one bedroom guest suite is located close to the beaches and shops. With a comfortable queen bed, a generous sized living area and modern fittings throughout, this guest suite will feel like your home away from home. A well equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of basic meals that can be enjoyed outside on the deck overlooking the tropical garden. Spectacular City Waterfront Apartment

Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks available to use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and generous in size. Also we have Nespresso coffee maker for your enjoyment.

Our newly redecorated 2 bedroom apartment is open again! In the perfect position in popular Mount Maunganui, situated directly across from the base of Mt Maunganui and the Mount hot pools, and two minutes stroll to both Pilot Bay and the main beach. Perfect for a beach holiday, or a mid-winter escape. PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept children under 12 years of age.

A modern studio located on Gordon Road. A stones throw from the beach/boardwalk and a few minutes walk or drive from Central Parade shops, New World, Fife Lane, Tay Street Cafe/Restaurant, Omanu Golf Course, Blake Park, Moa Park and Mauao. Whether you are looking to getaway or travelling for work, it's great place to relax and enjoy the best of the Mount.

Studio Hideaway

You'll find our recently built Studio down a long private driveway with parking directly infront for one vehicle. A lovely quiet spot, often alive with native birdsong, in the surrounding long established neighbourhood. A comfortable, warm (or cool in summer) spot to stop for business or pleasure in the heart of Tauranga.

Herons Watch

Recently refurbished with modern decor, fresh new linens, and kitchen ware. glorious water views, changing with the tides. The bird life is amazing always something new to watch. Very close to CBD 3.7km, Bus stop 5 mins walk. No electric car charging unless previously arranged with a small charge.
