New self contained studio with own private entrance. Close to main transport routes to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui Beach.Kitchenette,Oven,pots & ,mugs,pans,platesm. The studio has doors to outside area. Heat pump. The studio is accessible through a pin pad/locked gate at front fence by letter box. One car parking at the property.

Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Entire Guest Suite

Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Central Perk

Our unit is lovely and spacious, approx. 70m2, private with a brand new kitchenette! A 5 min drive to the CBD and 15 mins to Mount Maunganui. A 2 mins walk to Daisy Hardwick cycle and walkway, and in our view a very central spot with private off street parking. It has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and fold out couch in the lounge. Great for up to 2 couples or a group/family of 4. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plate, electric grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frypan.

Tauranga Comfort Cottage

Gorgeous 2 bedroom fully self contained separate dwelling, comfortably accommodating 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Has the option of 2 extra guests sleeping on a double sofa bed in lounge for short stays & by request only. Central Tauranga location, Otumoetai Bureta area 2 free off street parks. Private courtyard in a quiet street. 5min drive to Tauranga CBD & 15min drive to downtown Mt Maunganui. 10 min walk/2 min drive to shopping centre with Bureta Woolworths, liquor store, bar & restaurants

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
