Stay in our sunny beautifully renovated 108 year old barn loft apartment. This space offers a perfect blend of history & modernity. The master bedroom features a comfy orthopaedic bed, while the spacious lounge features a sofa bed & heatpump. The Barnloft has a seperate bathroom and kitchenette . We have a tram, 2 cats, 1 dog & 3 hens. Wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are close to supermarket, parks and takeaways only 7 min of Tauranga CBD & handy to all express ways, 15 min to the Mount ❤️.

Newly furnished, compact studio in Bayfair

Unfortunately we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, or baggage storage sorry. Unique fully furnished, self contained studio. With AC/Heat pump, wifi and netflix. It's a 5 minute walk to bayfair and a 10 minute drive to both downtown Mount Maunganui and Papamoa. Has laundry machine and off road parking. The Surf Studio - Mt Maunganui

The Surf Studio is an open-plan loft studio with a private courtyard, located in Mt Maunganui's ideal Tay St area. The studio has its own private entrance and parking. The Surf Studio hosts a library with books on art, surfing and local culture. There is also a guitar. Short walk to the beach, tennis courts, Blake Park, Bay Oval, local dairy, and a little further, Downtown Mt Maunganui.
