You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach.
