For that romantic escape or a family holiday our three beautiful, pet friendly cottages are tucked away on 14 acres in the rolling hills and gentle slopes of the Wooragee Valley. Nestled between the historic towns of Yackandandah and Beechworth, with the rail trail at our doorstep, and an easy drive to the Victorian snowfields, Colby Cottages is ideally located to make the most of the local wineries, picturesque hikes and many outdoor pursuits - giving you privacy and comfort in a rural setting

Little Bogong

Little Bogong offers a comfortable and private hide-away for one or two couples seeking peace and solitude. Enjoy spectacular outlook to Victoria’s high mountains. The set-up includes a brand new second bathroom and laundry off the main downstairs living area to accompany the quality queen-sized sofa bed. Set on two hectares of steep landscaped grounds, the unique site will take your breath away with its native plantings, visiting kangaroos, native birds, and private outdoor dining space.

The Mountain Farmhouse

The Mountain Farmhouse is located within close proximity to the Ski Resorts of; Mt Hotham (30min), Dinner Plain (20min) and just 20 minutes from the historical township of Omeo. Ideally located halfway along the Great Alpine Road for those making the iconic journey along this scenic route. The Farmhouse is situated on a 2300 acre family Cattle and Sheep farm alongside the Victoria River, making this the true High Country experience.

Falls Cottage Whitfield

This modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation is the perfect base for groups and families to escape to the King Valley and stay in luxurious comfort. Escape into the King Valley and discover the natural wonders while enjoying the modern comforts of Falls Cottage located right in the centre of Whitfield. Wineries, local produce and dining options, as well as plenty of adventurous activities are to be had.

Old Mill Park is a large family home, recently renovated but maintaining the 70's vibe of its past. It is perfect for large families, a couple of families or a group of friends. Only a 5 minute stroll into the centre of town and located right on the famous Rail Trail. With stunning views, a large front deck, a great al fresco area with weber bbq there is not really anything you should want for.

Cuballa is a 3 min flat walk to the river ,park,restaurants and cafes .The house has just been recently renovated and has been beautifully decorated .Terrific for groups,families with kids ,friends on a cycling weekend .Bring your pet too !

Stylish studio (one of only three) with spacious sleeping loft , close to Mount Buller, built almost entirely from repurposed building materials. All to yourselves, this quirky rustic studio with its private balcony overlooks the Delatite River with magnificent mountain views and abundant wildlife.
