Situated right across the road from the Motuoapa marina, with stunning lake Taupo, marina and sunset views. Relax, enjoy a drink or dine on the front deck while the sun goes down. Or stroll across to your boat and head out onto the lake, or base yourself here for many of the local activities & walks incl the Tongariro Crossing.

It is well appointed with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and plenty of room to sit and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge and microwave. Kayaks available. Mooring immediately in front of property.

Hi everyone, this is a 4 bedroom house. I have 2 rooms available for rent. This is an almost new house in a very new development area. Close to supermarket (5 min walking) bus stop (3 min walking) and 5 minutes from Botany shopping center by car. All white ware provided. We keep house very clean and very quote "10 pm to 8 am".

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 9 mins driving to Albany shopping mall. 7 mins driving to Long bay beach. 15 mins to snow planet. Walking distance to reserves. Safe parking in front of the house. We have a standard poodle & a cat.
