It has two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchen/dining space and bathroom with high pressure shower.

This cottage is situated in the country in a farm setting.We are 2 kms from the Airport and on the road to Gladstone vineyard . It is a 5 min drive to the Kuripuni shopping complex with many restaurants, a movie theatre and a supermarket on hand . The gardens are open to our guests where you will enjoy seeing the mute swans and other birds including a pet peacock. This cottage is not suitable for young children we have farm machinery and large open water spaces on the property.

A walk to the river mouth weather permitting and depending on tides is where you will experience 7000 year old Totara Tree stumps . A 3 minute drive to the Gladstone Inn for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and 20 mins to either Masterton, Greytown or Martinborough. We also have a 6 hole golf course available (seasonally) onsite for our guests to enjoy.
