On a beautiful day sit and relax with a glass or two on the covered balcony and watch the stunning wildlife (deer, pheasants, buzzards, hawks, woodpeckers...) The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed Grade 2 listed two bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, known for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance, unrestricted parking, and a on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

Coombe Top Cabin, sleeps 2, Dartmoor, Devon.

Set in the beautiful Teign Valley, Coombe Top Cabin sits on the edge of Fingle woods (Woodland Trust), offering miles of woodland walks right from the bottom of our drive. The cabin sleeps 2 with all the amenities & wifi. Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook all those special goodies you bought on the way here. Sit under a canopy of trees in the wild flower garden & watch the visiting deer herd. Large back porch for rainy days and Summer evenings. Sincere apologies but NO pets or children.

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Avalon - Beautiful Barn, Hot Tub & stunning views

This is the perfect place to stop and unwind, to enjoy the peace and tranquillity, that Avalon so effortlessly provides. Take a dip in the wood fired hot tub or relax on the oversized luxury sofa perfectly positioned to enjoy the views. With every extra little touch Avalon is a truly special place!

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Clearwater Cabin has jaw-dropping panoramic waterfront views & benefits from a private, south facing garden with sun deck, gazebo, barbecue & fire pit overlooking local beaches & the ocean & the Dartmoor countryside. This luxurious, beautifully furnished & extremely well equipped detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & has parking for 2 vehicles. The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation, perfect for a snuggly winter break or summer cabin getaway.

It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Maximum of 2 dogs. Charge applies for dogs. Star gazing is perfect in this garden. Look out at the Apple orchard. Chudleigh 5 minute walk to amenities, local country pubs, shops, pottery studio and more. A sunny south facing garden perfect for sunbathing, reading a book on the outside sofa. Enjoy our wooden Sauna and ice bath on request notice required for set up weather permitting. Adults only for Sauna & Bath.
