Villa CostaMonto Estate and vineyard is located in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. It's central location is walking distance to several wineries and is a short 10 minute drive to shopping and fine dining. The spacious residence floorplan has 4 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 9. The villa has a large patio with great vineyard and wine country views. The spacious kitchen is fully- furnished with an island counter and all needed amenities. Casa Escondido is a hidden escape situated in the beautiful hills of the Santa Rosa Plateau between wineries and horse ranches. Located on a 17 acre horse ranch with endless views of live oak trees and granite boulders. The Spanish style cottage has 3 light and bright bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and includes a spacious kitchen, dining room, family room and covered patio. It is a working horse ranch and you may get a glimpse of horses being trained. Wonderful hiking trails are nearby. NO EVENTS

Why coyote den? Because they live at the edge of the property! You have nothing to worry about though...they tend to shy away from people. But you may hear them and may see them. Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.
