The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

Sophisticated Sonoma Studio

A sophisticated retreat in the heart of Sonoma wine country with a luxury boutique hotel feel. The Studio is located on the first floor of our two-story 100 year old farmhouse. French doors open up to a private studio on a tree-lined street between the historic Sonoma Square and the town of Glen Ellen. We’re a few minutes drive to vineyards and wineries. Our area attracts artists, foodies, nature-lovers and people seeking to unwind and rejuvenate. The cottage sits along a quiet creekside country road, perfect for walks. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, small farms and oak woodlands, yet just 8 minutes/3 miles from Sonoma square, 20 minutes/15 miles from Napa, and 38 miles from SF.

Valley View-Sonoma Mountain Terrace

Take your wine country tour to a new level with a visit to Sonoma Mountain Terrace, a unique agri-tourism stay on a luxurious, non-traditional dairy farm. County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Mercy's Cozy Corner

This special space is named after our beloved cat, Mercy, who adored spending her days napping in this very room and exploring the peaceful side yard. Her love for this cozy corner of the house inspired us to create a relaxing, restful retreat for you to enjoy. We hope that Mercy’s sense of calm and comfort will surround you during your stay. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or simply enjoy some quiet time, we trust that you’ll find this place as welcoming and peaceful as she did.

Enjoy a relaxing experience as you unwind in our centrally-located place while exploring the Sonoma and Napa wine country, as well as a short drive (2.5mi) to the Sonoma Square. This newly-renovated and freshly decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath feels like your favorite sweater featuring everything you would want in a home away from home! New Beautyrest bed, flat screen TV, private entrance & patio. You may even meet Ethel when you arrive, our sweet Vizsla pup who loves to say hello.

Zen House on 15 acres

This is a tranquil retreat in a magnificent setting, surrounded by a creek, and by meadows and woodlands. You will love the way natural light floods the house, and the feeling of being out in nature even when you are inside. The house is open and spacious with outside decks for entertaining, and for enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful quiet. Set for 4 guests but can easily accommodate 6-8. There is an extra $100 nightly per-person charge for parties over 4.

Fair Street Retreat A Historical Petaluma Studio

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
