Centrally located & less than .5 miles to Templeton’s historic downtown, Community Park with several events including a Farmers Market every Saturday, Vineyard Rd with multiple wineries, Trader Joe’s, Pier 46 restaurant, & dog park. Very walkable/bikeable area and very close to Tin City and neighbors Paso Robles. Even 25 min from Morro Bay. Contactless check in and check out.

THE NOOK - walkable to downtown

The Nook is the full tiny home experience with modern features including a fireplace, full kitchen, and private yard. You can BBQ or cozy up to the fire pit and soak in the night sky. It's convenient to Highway 101, shopping, parks, Atascadero Lake Park/zoo, golf, hiking, historical downtown, a theater, breweries, wineries, and lots of great restaurants. The Nook is a short 20 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and breathtaking coastline including famous beach cities.

Vacation Home on our Winery Estate, with a Pickleball Court! This is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with 9' ceilings, completely set up for Paso Robles Wine Enthusiasts. Located about 300 meters away from Paix Sur Terre, and just minutes from some of the best wineries Paso has to offer. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Two separate suites available on opposite ends of the home. The home is spacious and there is a pull out the Murphy Bed in the Living Room (Queen) if needed. Come Stay!

Casita Oliva

Romantic, freestanding casita with private courtyard, set upon the hillside of a working olive farm in Paso Robles, California. Vintage Moroccan and Spanish light fixtures, built-in Moroccan queen-sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and basic utensils make this a perfect home-away-from-home or private retreat. The en suite bathroom features a porcelain tub/shower and stone sink. An outdoor fireplace, fountain and gorgeous views to the surrounding hillside complete the setting.

The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Hollyhock Vineyard's Cute Cottage

Immerse yourself in the vineyard lifestyle. Hollyhock Cottage has a nice sleeping/sitting area, kitchenette, extra large bath, lawn and outdoor area..come enjoy this cozy unit! Please note: from June 2025- June 2026, we will be ripping out our vineyard and replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards and olive groves, and the peaceful wine country atmosphere remains unchanged.
