Kayak at sunrise. Cast a line off the private dock. When the sun sets, the kids lose themselves in the retro arcade while the adults claim the porch swing. Close to everything: 25 min to Dollywood, 35 min to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains NP — but far enough that all you'll hear at night is the water.

Flat island, 3 feet out of the water. Cabin comes with boat dock, gas grill, 1 canoe or 2 kayaks and free firewood. We rent brand new pontoons. Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.

Come to the lake retreat with family or friends and enjoy the beautiful views of Kentucky Lake. You’ll find friendly families who wave hello as they drive by you in their club cars. The three-bedroom, two-bath house has a full kitchen, living room, and sunroom. The house is within walking distance of the lake. You can enjoy an early morning swim or go fishing in the stunning lake. Enjoy nature at its best. The retreat is not suitable for pets.
