Dit leuke, luxe en riante natuurhuis ligt aan 'n rustieke zandweg in het bos, met uitzicht over 'n prachtig heideveld en biedt de rustzoeker, natuurliefhebber en/of actievere bezoeker. Volledige privacy. U waant zich werkelijk in 'n paradijs. Het huis ligt in 'n groot natuurgebied, maar niet op een park achter een slagboom. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort en luxe, inclusief 'n heerlijke houtkachel. Natuurlijk is ook uw huisdier van harte welkom. (€20,- per huisdier bij aankomst te voldoen)

Kom luxe ontspannen in onze prachtige privé Bed & Wellness. De wellness is uitgerust met zeer moderne wellness faciliteiten voor optimale ontspanning. De tuin is voorzien van een hottub zonder jets, en een barrel sauna met infrarood licht. Verder is de tuin uitgerust met een heerlijk overdekte loungeruimte. De woning is erg stijlvol ingericht en beschikt over een loungegedeelte met flatscreen tv, 2 luxe slaapkamers, complete badkamer en een moderne keuken. Zie ook nieuwe vestiging in Putten!

Op deze unieke plek kun je genieten van de IJssel, de schitterende vergezichten en zonsondergangen, met een strandje aan je voeten, waar je kunt zwemmen tussen de kribben. 's Avonds zittend bij een vuurtje op de dijk, én op loopafstand van het sfeervolle centrum van Zutphen! De uiterwaarden liggen naast het huis, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en genieten van de rust. Je kunt onze 2persoons kayak lenen en het water opgaan, en er is een flipperkast in huis! De woning is zeer ruim met 140m2.

PLEASE READ: This holiday home beautifully situated near the Hoge Veluwe National Park. The wooded area is special in every season. The holiday home is located at the Goudsberg park in the Gelderse Vallei near Lunteren. There are 2 holiday homes on the property, equipt for a total of 10 people, 4 in the chalet and 6 in the house maximum if using the foldable bed. ‼️IMPORTANT EXTRA COSTS: 10€ per bedlinnen set (towel included) - or bring your own 10€ per day per bike (2 bikes available)

The area is pristine, serene and it makes you fall in love with nature all over again. Tucked in between the trees and without veryy close-by neighbors that can peak in, you sometimes feel like you own the Veluwe National Park.
