This adventurous and eco friendly accommodation consists of a 6 meter-high wooden structure. On the ground level you can find a 'bush kitchen' facility, the bathroom and also an outdoor barbeque area and a splash pool that has a spectacular view of wildlife that graze upon the savannah. 1st floor consists of a luxury tent and and the top level is where you can lay and admire the stars!

Fully solar, off grid. 4x4 required for rainy months, as the farm roads can get extremely muddy.

The cottage is best reached by 4x4 or high clearance vehicle; alternatively arrange for us to fetch you at the gate to take you. Join us and switch off, very limited connectivity only.

Covid 19 response, all our staff are vaccinated and the Tent is completely isolated. There is no contact with any other guests.

Fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs entertainment area comes with a pool table and a deck with a view of the pool and boma. It includes a covered wooden deck area with pool which has a safety net. There is also a boma area with a firepit.

Klipsand Tentcamp is nestled at the foot of the majestic Waterberg mountains and the Marakele National Park in the Thabazimbi bushveld. Lots of free roaming game, abundant birdlife and an expansive night sky makes this a nature lover’s delight. This is the ideal getaway from the noise of the city. Come and relax around the splash pool and outdoor fireplace, or take leisurely walks on the farm. The farm is situated in the UNESCO protected Waterberg biosphere.
