The Bushbabies' Nest was created for guests to have an 'under the stars' lodging experience in the bushveld. This adventurous and eco friendly accommodation consists of a 6 meter-high wooden structure. On the ground level you can find a 'bush kitchen' facility, the bathroom and also an outdoor barbeque area and a splash pool that has a spectacular view of wildlife that graze upon the savannah. 1st floor consists of a luxury tent and and the top level is where you can lay and admire the stars!

The mountain cottage is a unique, remote and romantic place to disconnect, enjoy spectacular sunsets followed by an evening of star gazing. High up in the Waterberg mountains this eco cottage operates on solar power and relies on rain water harvesting, whilst battery operated lamps are provided for light. The cottage is best reached by 4x4 or high clearance vehicle; alternatively arrange for us to fetch you at the gate to take you. Join us and switch off, very limited connectivity only.

Three rooms, one of which is a family room . Nice big tub in bathroom to soak away all your worries. Genuine rail road Rhodesian teak bar overlooking the animals over the porch. At night you light up a fire to set the therapeutic ambiance of the fire dancing into motion. You will not want to leave.

Klipsand Tent Camp

Klipsand Tentcamp is nestled at the foot of the majestic Waterberg mountains and the Marakele National Park in the Thabazimbi bushveld. Lots of free roaming game, abundant birdlife and an expansive night sky makes this a nature lover’s delight. This is the ideal getaway from the noise of the city. Come and relax around the splash pool and outdoor fireplace, or take leisurely walks on the farm. The farm is situated in the UNESCO protected Waterberg biosphere.

Matopos Cabin

Matopos is a rustic rock-and-wood cabin set within a wild syringa forest on Grootfontein Private Reserve. Ideal for a getaway for a couple or small families. Surrounded by nature and mountain views, it’s a quiet space to slow down and settle in. The cabin features two en-suite bedrooms, a simple kitchenette, comfortable lounge, and braai facilities. Outdoors, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub and take in the stillness of the surrounding bush.

Aloe Lodge (6 sleeper)

Aloe Lodge is tucked between two rocky hills on Grootfontein Private Reserve, offering a quiet, private escape for 4-6 guests. Designed for rest and reconnection, the lodge features two en-suite bedrooms, an open living space, and uninterrupted mountain views. Spend slow afternoons cooling off in the private splash pool, or stargaze from the cargo net as the bush settles for the night.
