Welcome to our cozy 2-bed, 1-bath home, perfectly situated in a charming town right by Lake Weir! Soak in refreshing lake breezes and breathtaking sunsets just right outside the door. Centrally located near Belleview, Ocala and The Villages, our home offers easy access to nature, dining, and entertainment. Explore the Ocala National Forest or launch your boat from the nearby ramp, just 4 miles away. Spend your days at the lake and enjoy meals at the restaurant bar & grill just across the street!

Leave your boat ready for convenient access to 8 miles of pristine largemouth and panfish lake fishing. Secluded canal with little to no boat traffic (just neighboring houses). I have a 20' bass boat that I navigate in and out of the canal easily(use of trolling motor on the short private canal is recommended).

Unfortunately, she left us before we move here. Then one guest's dog, Legend, ran unleashed for the first time in his life. We were so touched to see how happy he was. The yard is therefore named Legend’s Run. In memory of our dog Maga, who is a legend herself, hope to bring joy to you and your dogs!
