I love Browns because there is a variety of food choices including gluten-free options! There is also a variety of people in all ages, so it is great for basically everyone :) Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I love the food and the atmosphere. This is a small restaurant at the bottom of Lonsdale. Easy to go by bus or car. Hard to find parking. I would suggest a reservation.

My favourite breakfast/brunch place! I always order the paella (no seafood). It’s a breakfast paella, with an egg on top :)
Very busy place. I believe they are doing take out orders because of Covid.

Parks & Nature
This is a privately owned park, with a suspension bridge. It is one of my favourite places in North Vancouver. I just love it, it doesn't matter the season, there is always something going on. This is a privately owned park, with a suspension bridge. It is one of my favourite places in North Vancouver. I just love it, it doesn't matter the season, there is always something going on. This is a free park which also has a suspension bridge, just smaller. It is beautiful to go for a walk, but lots of stairs. Not suitable if you have knee problems. You can just do the short part, cross the bridge and back.

This is a beautiful park. There are short and long trails. Make sure you have proper shoes, water and follow the signs. I would suggest telling someone - even me - that you are going there. It is busy, so if you follow the trails you will be fine. You can go to Rice Lake from there, also.

Nice place to walk. You can also bike or rollerblade on the Seymour Demonstration Forrest road (inside the park).

The closest Park just around the corner from our house! Great for a walk after dinner, or anytime you don't want to go too far! There are lots of trees so it is not too hot to walk in the summer. A beautiful place.

I love the Lonsdale Quay. You can browse the shops, and also buy food to bring home for later. You can eat there and enjoy the view to Downtown Vancouver. In the summer, sometimes there are bands playing on the weekends. You can also take the sea bus from there and go to Gastown in Vancouver.

Park Royal in West Vancouver is the best shopping mall close to us. It is beautiful and it is FULL of amazing shops! Anthropologie, Simmons, The Bay, etc. There is an open are called "The Village" with restaurants, coffee shops. You can spend a whole day there!

It is stunning. It can be windy, so bring a light coat, even in the summer. You will also find lots of restaurants and shops if you go to Dundarave or Marine Drive close by, in West Vancouver.

I couldn't find a category for this. It is a park, a beach. A sightseeing spot, because you can see Stanley Park and Lions Gate bridge. You can walk on the sea wall and get your work out. It is stunning. It can be windy, so bring a light coat, even in the summer. You will also find lots of restaurants and shops if you go to Dundarave or Marine Drive close by, in West Vancouver.
Getting Around
This bus goes in circles. So you take the bus in the same bus top you get out of the bus. It goes all the way down to Lonsdale Quay. On Lonsdale Quay, there is the seabus to go Downtown Vancouver (I love going on the seabus). You can find buses to go pretty much everywhere from the Lonsdale Quay. The buses are located right in front of the sea bus entrance. On the way from our home to Lonsdale Quay, the bus goes down Lonsdale Ave. Lonsdale is packed with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, fruits stores, markets. You can really find everything there, from beauty salon to banks to a psychic reading!
