Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Fishing is popular from High Rock, snorkeling in the tidal pool and surfing just a walk away.
