It is perfect for a romantic getaway, a cultural experience, or just enjoying the local bars and cafes.

Our road features in the famous painting 'The Avenue' by Pissarro. This is my own home, but I'm often away for work or travel, so I rent it out. Sofa bed in living room can be used on arrangement (please ask). Approx 7 minute walk to Sydenham station and high street with shops.
