Read on the couch & enjoy the gel fuel fireplace, take a swim or fish in the river - relax in your private hot tub on the deck overlooking the river! 10 min to Tenney MTN. 35 min to Ice Castles, Franconia, Loon & Waterville!

Secluded private suite, separate private entrance, 6 acres of a smoking free property. Contactless check in key pad. Large windows, electric kettle, pour over coffee maker. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Restaurants abound.

Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.
