Our studio guest house is tucked away in the hills above Newbury Park with quick access to town for shopping or restaurants and located a short walk from the Rosewood Trailhead with access to thousands of acres of dedicated hiking and biking open space. Our furniture is hand made from sunny California reclaimed wood. Our organic luxury hybrid mattress is foam/coil for ultra comfort. Fluffy down comforter in cold months. The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

Cottage In The Orchard

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Welcome to the Eichler House in Thousand Oaks! This mid-century modern home features a pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, and built-in BBQ—perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Fully remodeled with modern amenities, it boasts an atrium, open floor plan, and floor-to-ceiling windows for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Nestled on a private lot backing to open space, it offers tranquility while being minutes from hiking trails, shopping, and 30 minutes from the beach.

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded, renovated, and well maintained 2 story home originally built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless private entrance , 10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with large sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi, shared laundry facilities (7 day stay and up), shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), street parking, and a work desk.
