Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Outside is a decked area.

Close to Wentworth Woodhouse, Cannon Hall, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the famous Rob Royds farm shop just across the road, where you can enjoy delicious food.

We are also conveniently located for the M1 (6 miles) and just 4 miles away from the A628 Woodhead Pass to Manchester.
