Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Outside is a decked area.

The Barn comprises of a double bed and wc/basin on the lower ground and a staircase takes you to the lounge and dining area upstairs. There is also a fully stocked honesty bar. Close to Wentworth Woodhouse, Cannon Hall, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the famous Rob Royds farm shop just across the road, where you can enjoy delicious food.

The cottage is 5 minute walk to the local Camra pub (The Huntsman) and The Cottage Bakery just over the road. Excellent speed fibre broadband. Themed rooms due to my big collection of items.

We are also conveniently located for the M1 (6 miles) and just 4 miles away from the A628 Woodhead Pass to Manchester.

Magnificent Georgian house - Yorks

Huthwaite Grange was built for the owner of the internationally important Wortley Top Forge which stands opposite. The Grade 1 Listed Top Forge dates back to the seventeenth century and is the world’s oldest surviving water powered iron forge. The house is a great place to get together with friends and family. We can often accomodate early and late checkout so please do ask about that when you make your enquiry.
