Set in a secluded eucalyptus grove on this south-facing property with expansive bay views, this peaceful, gated property is tucked away in the hills, yet it's only minutes from town and the freeway. Spacious Studio Apartment Walk to Downtown and UC

Separate entrance to sun-filled, spacious studio apartment above main house. Private balcony overlooks a large garden that guests may use. 15+ minute walk to UC, downtown theaters, restaurants, BART to San Francisco. Queen bed, sitting area, and small fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster (not a full kitchen). 6 steps to front door; 14 steps to the studio. If over 6 ft. tall, this might not be for you (low ceiling). If you want peace & quiet surrounded by a beautiful garden this is for you!
