My exceptionally beautiful, welcoming home with breathtaking close-up ocean view is a perfect for your romantic getaway, artist retreat or small family gathering. Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Please note, access to the house requires a climb up roughly 200 stairs, if an issue, this is NOT the house for you.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
