The Peasant's Quarters has an eat-in kitchen with a full-size stove/fridge. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed. We also have a queen-size pull-out couch. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vt. Walk the bridge. Bring your snowmobiles and skis, we have room. We have local cross-country areas and breweries. Book your stay with us for a wonderful winter getaway.

Curious about tiny home living!? This newly constructed 180 sq ft. house will let you experience comfort in charming farmhouse/cottage style. (Shiplap walls anyone?) Only 25 min to Killington, and 12 min from Mtn Top Inn, Downtown Rutland, or Brandon VT makes the location very convenient. Situated on over 2 acres of private back yard, overlooking beautiful Sugar Hollow Brook in the heart of Pittsford, Vermont. Walking distance to village general store, library and the Pittsford trail system.

Summer View Lake House

One of a kind year round lake house in the most peaceful setting on all of Lake George! Summer View is where you will find a relaxing vacation, stunning views, modern amenities, and an overall memorable vacation for years to come. Paddle-board around the protected bay, rent a boat and go out on Lake George's peaceful north end and return to your own dock space, sip coffee during the sunrise on the screened porch and head over to your private beach with views of rogers rock for the sunset!

Quaint 1-bedroom cottage on Blue Ledge Farm

This cozy cottage is on Blue Ledge Farm- a working goat dairy. It is a one-bedroom with a double fold-out futon in living room to potentially fit 4 guests. It is within 15 minutes of both Brandon and Middlebury, 1 hour south of Burlington. Pets are allowed, on leash. It can possibly include a farm and cheese tasting for an extra $20 per person (contact host in advance). It is the perfect place if you're an animal or cheese lover looking for a rustic and relaxing stay on a beautiful farm.

Horse-Views Apartment

Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and private apartment in the heaven on earth that is Schroon Lake. We have traveled around the globe, staying in a myriad of vacation rentals. Since then, we've renovated the private apartment attached to our home to accommodate guests and we hope to take our countless stays into consideration to create the best possible guest experience here in the lovely place we call home, the Adirondacks! Enjoy this cute and newly renovated one bedroom apartment that is within walking distance to the Fair Haven town center. Step outside listen to the church bells ring. Comfortable queen size bed with mattress topper, new memory foam sofa bed in the living room with an electric fireplace, retro arcade game console, smart television, DVD player, fully applianced kitchen, and a bathroom with a stand up shower. Plenty of off street parking. Large back yard with fire ring.

Okemo Ski-in/Ski-out, Steps to lift Condo

Just steps of walk to the amazing Okemo slopes, C Building is the closest property to the A-Quad/B-Quad lift and this building offers convenient parking right downstairs and free wi-fi (dedicated Xfinity modem, no issue video conference). You’ll love this cozy place with hardwood floor and private balcony and sunshine after skiing. Great sun exposure. Fireplace has been updated to electric fireplace starting from 2023-2024 season.

Bomoseen Bungalow

Located near Lake Bomoseen and Castleton University. This is a charming upstairs apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to boat rentals and to a local country store. This apartment provides you with a cozy stay - a bedroom with a queen size bed, sofa bed, and air mattress. There is Roku television, a heat pump for air conditioning or heat, Keurig coffee maker, and more. This is a non smoking unit.

A Cozy Adirondack Getaway!

Our all season, newly renovated guest suite is centrally located just a quarter of a mile south of town; where you can enjoy the town shops, park and beach. Our suite is located directly above DeCesare's Pizzeria with its own private entrance. This location isn't far from Gore Mountain Ski Resort and many of your beautiful Adirondack Mountains. It's also only miles away from Word of Life Camps and Bible Institute.

Cozy Poultney Village Apartment

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
