Luxury Annex, which is centrally located in Gilleleje. 3-minute walk from the harbor, the beaches and the main street where you find all shopping facilities. Cosy private terrace. Own kitchen. Parking is available at the house. 300 meters from public transport - train and bus. In Gilleleje there are several restaurants, cafes and pizzerias. Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. The house has 3 bedrooms and an annex with room for a total of 7 overnight guests. In the house there is 1 kingsize, 1 queensize, 1 single bed. In the annex a small double bed W: 140 Lovely bright kitchen-dining room with wood-burning stove. 700 meters to private stairs to beach. 400 meters to a fantastic view of the sea. 300 meters to the local supermarket

You can enjoy a cold beer on the large terrace and pick lots of berries in the garden most of the summer. The house is 700 meters from the beach

Huset ligger ideelt mellem kystbyerne Hornbæk og Gilleleje, som byder på hyggelige restauranter, cafeer, food market, butikker, isboder, minigolf, fiskeforretninger på havnen og meget mere.

Huset ligger roligt, tæt på panoramaudsigt til hav og strand. Fantastisk roligt område med adgang til spabad eller bruser og sauna, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. To toiletter. Tre terrasser i haven. Den tredje er overdækket med loungestemning. Trampolin og Grill Stue / spisestue har brændeovn, fibernet, fjernsyn med Chromecast.

Der er også ladestander hvis man kommer i elbil. Helt klart en bolig der skal opleves.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Tæt på alt, men ligger helt roligt og højt over byen. Sengetøj kan somme tider arrangeres mod gebyr.

Hjertelig velkommen i mit sommerhus! Huset er et murstenshus fra 1976 på ca. 50 m2 med en stor træterrasse, der har sin helt egen æbletræsparasol. Her sover man gode middagslure og slubrer kaffe i skyggen🌳🌞 Huset ligger for enden af en blind vej i et roligt sommerhuskvarter. Haven er en naturgrund med gamle træer. Åen løber langs haven. Følg den en hyggelig tur på ca. 900 m. - så står I på Rågelejes smukke strand.
