In winter, guests can enjoy ice fishing with our cozy shack on the lake (seasonal, weather permitting), or head out for snowmobiling or quadding on the frozen lake with their own equipment. If you are a fisherman wanting access to 2 other lakes (Wabaman and Lac St. Anne) that are within minutes of Lake Isle, or an avid golfer (Silver Sands Golf Resort is only 3 minutes away and 5 other top notch golf courses are within 15-30 minutes, or you are just looking for a place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place.

On the north shore of Lake Isle, nestled on the lakefront, this cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing retreat in nature- all year round! In the warm months, enjoy direct water access + private dock + provided kayaks, paddle boards, and canoe. Cast a line, explore walking trails or simply relax by the lakefront firepit +take in the stunning views. When the snow falls, Lake Isle becomes a winter wonderland. Try ice fishing, snowmobile trails, walk +ski through scenic surroundings.

A charming mix of vintage 80s and ocean front inspired white washed walls. 2 bedrooms and a living room with pull out couch. There is also a very cute boathouse that we converted in to a bedroom. Most time is spent outdoors with some of the best ice fishing, snowmobiling, boating, quading, hiking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing that Alberta has to offer. Soak in a 6 man hot tub overlooking the lake and it’s beautiful beautiful islands after snowmobiling the vast set of scenic trails.

Welcome to Wabamun Lake, a popular destination for fishing, boating and swimming. There are walking and cycling trails and golf courses nearby. Located just 55 km west of Edmonton, a 30 minute drive from City limits. We have a cozy 2 bedroom cabin with all the amenities, including an outdoor kitchen. We are the second lot from the lake (not beach front) so swimming is best at Wabamun Lake Provincial Park beach, 720 meters away. Your well behaved pet is welcome. (Pet fee is $25/visit/pet)
