Upper Bunk - weird name - cool place. You'll create touching and wonderful memories in this beautiful, cabin-style cottage located on the property of New Park Event Venue & Suites. Sun shines through the stained glass windows that were rescued from a NYC church. Light-filled, restored 19th-century cottage in the Village of Groton, 20 minutes from Ithaca. 900 square-feet of space, original woodwork and hardware, contemporary appliances and amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Downstairs: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas stove, foldout couch. Upstairs: large master suite and living area, king-sized bed, bath with shower and washer/dryer. Grounds feature patio, parking, and perennial gardens. Convenient to area colleges.

Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

Carriage house

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!
