Stairs or an electric tram (for those with mobility issues) from the house lead to a grass lawn and dock at lake level. Taughannock Blvd. is a highly desirable location in Ithaca, offering easy access to Taughannock Falls State Park, which features a stunning 215-foot waterfall and hiking trails, as well as nearby wineries, restaurants, and other attractions.
