Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Robins Brook is a Bright Roomy Outback Camper nestled in the heart of the Fingerlakes. Our Camper is perfect for a family of 4. There are several sleeping options in this Unit; a set of bunk beds on one end; a queen on the other; or both the table and couch pull down into beds if you prefer. There is air conditioning for the hot months of summer and a furnace for those who prefer some Fall camping. There is a firepit located outside which is perfect for roasting marshmallows and weenies.

Upscale Rustic Garden House Seasonal Cabin

Our rustic upscale Garden House is located at beautiful Scottland Yard farm! It is the closest family rental unit to the pool and common areas, making it a big summertime hit for families with children and various adult friends getaways! If your looking for a more secluded and tranquil getaway we advise renting the Queens Quartets or Hobbit House. Our family and friends Bbq and swim from 2-8 PM on Sunday Funday. If you are arriving during this time you are welcome to join us!

The Pool House, a perfect spot to land in Ithaca

Keep it simple at this peaceful, charming and perfectly located apt. Located close to Cornell, right on the East Ithaca Recreation Way, a 3.5 mile trail for walking, biking, jogging and birding. This is the lower unit in a quiet, two unit residential home. There is a pool which is open for swimming in the summer and a fenced yard that opens directly to the walking trail. Please note that entrance to the unit requires being able to walk a short flight of exterior steps.

Relax in the hot tub, sit by the fire, or walk to town to eat, bowl and shop. Hiking trails and wineries are close by. 1-2 dogs allowed for an extra fee. Please ask!
