Dog crate, TV in both bedroom& living space. ONE FULL SZ BED, sleeps 2 comfortably (up to 7 with use of couch, air mattresses) Off street parking, separate rear entrance w/no access to main house. Pet friendly. Landlords live upstairs, **you may hear their dogs or them upstairs (downstairs is not soundproof)**
