Relax and unwind while you rock on the porch, drink coffee and breathe in the fresh air, take a hike at Davey Dogwood Park, ride the train at Texas State Railroad, or go fishing at Richland Chambers Lake which is just a short drive away. Nestled in between Athens and Palestine this 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is pet friendly and designed to get the kids playing.

A perfect waterfront getaway! This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is located on a private cove, in a quiet neighborhood, on Cedar Creek lake. The large deck overlooks the water and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a half acre lot, enjoy the outdoors playing volleyball, corn hole and other activities (kayaks and bikes are available upon request). Gather around the fire-pit at night enjoy the stars. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need.

Spend time on the lake in this adorable family friendly getaway. Relax on a half acre lot with the backyard fully fenced in to keep little ones safe. Enjoy kayaks, Foosball, cornhole, basketball, board games, toys, and playground. The fire pit is an evening favorite! The property is in a cove just off open water with direct lake access and boat slip. Our calm water cove is highly desirable to kayak, paddle board, fish and float! Life preservers, floating tubes, paddle board and kayaks provided.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing place where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, soak in the hot tub under the stars, and chill and grill, this is it! It’s a cute and comfy 2-bedroom, one bath cabin on Cedar Creek Lake. Easy access to the water for swimming. Kayaks and Paddle boards available. JetSki is available for longer term (3-6 month) rentals. The home is on half an acre with open water. Pet friendly as the property is totally fenced in. There is a $70 pet fee per trip.

We are one of the few PET FRIENDLY hosts (with a max of 2 dogs) for an additional fee of $10 a night per pet to cover additional cleaning costs, as well as a $30 a night dock use fee- so bring your boat!
