Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Step outside to enjoy expansive outdoor living, complete with a front porch, spacious deck, fire pit, and refreshing outdoor shower.

Only 3 minutes to Interstate 40, which is nice for just passing through. 45 minutes to Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. 15 minutes to River landing. This home sets behind the main house.
