Appledore has been freshly decorated throughout and has everything you need for a relaxing city break, including a small patio garden. Appledore is a 5min walk to the Quay, 15 mins walk to town, with free on-street parking. Its 2min walk from a beautiful wisteria tunnel park and cafe .

Bedroom 2 is a single + supplied travel cot if required. A modern kitchen with all facilities including a washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath. Fenced Back garden for dogs with patio area. The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.

Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries.
