Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.
