There is a patio and brick built barbeque with a pizza attachment and a large paddock for the childen or dogs to play in also a 8m x 4m marquee ideal for family parties. There is an inexpensive golf course in the village and in nearby Torksey there is the prestigious Lincoln Golf Club. Local pub is short walk away

The lounge and kitchen are a combined area with a separate bedroom and shower room. The Bees' Knees pub is close by and excellent for a meal out! You can also find another super pub called The Ferry Boat a mile away. There is a small patio area outside the bedroom door with a patio set so that you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
