My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
