In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. Architecturally designed, this compact studio is a 15 minute walk from Jan Juc beach and shops with Torquay and Bells Beach only a short drive away.
