ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH! "Felix Beach House" is THE PERFECT BEACH HOUSE. The location is to die for with the beach 150m from the front door. The town centre is less than a 10 minute walk with all its bustling cafes. Smell the sea air and hear the waves from your bedroom. 150m to the beach in summer or curl up in front of the fireplace to during the winter. Full catering service for those not wanting to cook. Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)

Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.
