La villa Sylva Mala Home nasce in un appartamento privato alle falde del Vesuvio , a 200 mt dalla Circumvesuviana, ovvero un treno che collega ottimamente le città di Pompei, Ercolano, Sorrento e la città metropolitana di Napoli. Inoltre dista circa 800 m dallo svincolo autostradale Torre Annunziata nord. L'alloggio è dotato di 4 stanze ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale con possibilità di aggiunge 1 letto singolo in una camera. Ogni stanza ha un bagno privato. La cucina è di dimensioni ridotte

La Palombara is located in Vico Equense about 1 km from the center and it is the home of a typical family of the Sorrento coast where a lot of hospitality and cordiality dominate. The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. There is a double bed, sofa bed, safe, kitchenette, air conditioning, private bathroom, sea view balcony and private entrance. You can see and hear the sea near by more. It's wonderful..

Una casa poggiata sulla montagna, che guarda al mare. Nel cuore della natura incontaminata del Parco dei Monti Lattari, sorge Verdeazzurro: razionalità degli spazi, design accogliente, cromie avvolgenti. L’appartamento è composto da un ampio living con cucina, due camere da letto con affaccio sul golfo e sul Vesuvio e bagno. Ogni stanza ha una sua tonalità calorosa e rilassante, in armonia con il verde dei monti e l’azzurro del mare. A completare il tutto, la cura dei dettagli.

La Casa con ingresso indipendente è parte di uno Stabile "Rurale" di inizio '900. Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

Pochi minuti di treno per raggiungere il museo di Pietrarsa. Pizzerie, bar e servizi nelle vicinanze.
