La casa está situada en una de las zonas más pintorescas de Torrevieja. Rodeado de vegetación, está cerca de un parque natural con fuentes y senderos perfectos para caminar o correr por la mañana. El parque alberga plantas poco comunes, conejos, pájaros cantores. El aire se llena de los aromas del mar y los pinos. A solo 200 metros de la casa se encuentra la mejor playa de arena de la ciudad. El paseo marítimo está repleto de bares, restaurantes y diversos establecimientos para todos los gustos.
