Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.

Villetta Fiorenza：直达海滩。

La villetta, bella e confortevole, è situata a "100 metri" dalla spiaggia tra Lido Bacino Grande e Lido Stella Maris. Dista da Torre Lapillo 2 km, da Porto Cesareo 4 km. Come si può notare dalla foto, è circondata da un ' ampia veranda, in cui è piacevole pranzare, cenare e rilassarsi.
